I’m concerned about their hiring process. Designers beware, they are running a graphics test designing a full pamphlet start to finish for FDOT which is one of their real clients on their computers. They become defensive when I asked what their process post interview was to dispose of the work. Stating “We’re not trying to steal designer work if that’s what you’re insinuating.” I don’t believe they are stealing designer work, but I would be concerned about their lack of knowledge towards hiring designers is an indicator of how they would treat a hired designer.
