It was pretty standard, asked me to go over my portfolio and then gave a rough idea about the projects and tasks that I would be working on that summer.
Very good and smooth process. Flexibility in scheduling interviews. Options to choose other locations. Interview was held remotely on video call which was very convenient and flexible at the same time.

I got interviewed by the Houston office several years ago. It's a general process: Introduction, portfolio review, some general questions and the interviewers' introduction of the firm. Went very nice and it was about 40 min.
Applied in company's website. Then, in 3 weeks, a hiring manager contacted me. Set up an interview schedule and meet with two architects, principal and senior associate, in zoom. Overall interview process was normal.
