The interview process moved quickly. The final round required a 3-hour onsite visit to meet the team, but about half of the interviews were conducted virtually, making the in-person requirement feel unnecessary -especially for those needing to take time off work. Candidates are also required to sign an NDA before interviewing. During the onsite interview, there was an extensive project with multiple tasks that had to be completed within 45 minutes. One notable aspect of the process was that candidates were evaluated on their use of AI tools. Since the company using a specific AI tool in its day-to-day operations, which one you choose during the exercise could negatively impact your candidacy, and even your prompts were reviewed as part of the evaluation.
