During the interview,I found that the management style particularly from the country manager was not very supportive, which impacted my overall experience. I value a collaborative and respectful work environment so I felt it wasn’t the right place to explore opportunities where team dynamics and leadership are more aligned with my values.

After being asked to introduce myself, there was little engagement or follow-up, which left me feeling disregarded. As candidates, we take time and effort to prepare and attend interviews and mutual respect goes a long way in making the process meaningful for both sides.
