The whole process took ages. It was not orchestrated very well, didn't know what was happening at times, or who was in control. It appeared there was plenty of process and requisition issues within the company and hence I was left hanging on at times. About 3 interviews plus in person. Asked me to do a presentation as well. Also will go through a couple of references.

sencilla y poco teórica. temas básicos sobre mis pasadas experiencias y proyectos escolares. más preguntas sobre cómo me desenvuelvo en trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones, trabajo, relaciones con personas, liderazgo, aprendizaje. muy amigable y sencillo.
4 rondas en total, la primera con RRHH y las 3 siguientes con diferentes managers de ventas. No se realiza ninguna prueba técnica, directamente se habla acerca del puesto y de progresión del mismo.

Good interview process with variety of questions. Friendly people interviewing me so wasn't too nervous . Questions around sales, what drives me, biggest strength challenge . Interview in London and Jon was UK based.
