The process consists of 3 rounds
1) group discussion
2) technical round
3) Hr round
In GD round, there were totally 42 candidates and all were asked to talk about a topic for 2 min. And most of them were through consultancy, recommendation etc. Only me and my 2 friends plus few More attended the process without any Refferals. And that mam who were shortlisting students, she already decided whom to select and whom not to select. So when i was asked to talk, she was not even ready to listen to me. Just in 30 sec she was like "that's alright". Same thing happened to many of them, who actually spoke well compared to others. But for other(through Refferals) candidates she was listening to their irrelevant stories for 2 min.
I mentioned as irrelevant because of this instance,
She asked a girl as " Why do you think that your fit for this role? "
That girl replied " Because, praveen who recommended me for this job told me to join this company and inspired me about the role"
Surprisingly, this girl was selected.
This made me disappointed.
