First you will receive a call from the recruiter asking some standard questions like why do you want to work for HP Inc.?
Then another meeting will be scheduled with the direct manager, also asking some very overall questions typical for a job interview. Approximately one or two finance related questions.

The process is straightforward and easy, no waste of time though it can be long and require many details; but that's because the company is committed to the quality of its personnel.
There are 7-8 basic steps in the hiring process:
1. Job posting.
2. Virtual application.
3. First contact by the company.
4. First interview, HR.
5. Second interview. Team member and/or Local manager.
6. Third interview.* Actual manager (from anywhere in the world)
7. Screening process: brackground check and drug test.
8. Hiring.
