Applied via an online recruiting website. A few weeks late I received a phone call in the evening with no notice. Has what I would consider a small impromptu phone interview with the HR recruiter. After the phone interview was done she asked me to come in and interview in person. Showed up to the interview on time, meet with the HR recruiter and department manager, interview ran a little longer than an hour. This included a shop walk through.
