I applied online where they requested a phone interview a few days later, after the interview they requested for some pre-screening tests to be submitted, then they scheduled an in person interview. The in person interview there was no reception where I sat in the lobby for a good 35 minutes, which was 15 minutes after my interview time. Employees would walk past me saying nothing did not seem friendly. I interviewed with the manager and director of the department where the director took over the entire interview. She began to ask questions that were not prepared on their sheet where it was obvious the manager did not expect when she asked me the same question that the director asked. Overall the interview was tough where the director asked some very challenging questions. The overall interview was very cold and not friendly. After the interview I received an email about a week later stating that they are pursuing other candidates. The entire process took 3 weeks.
