I was referred by a Friend so the HR called me on his Day off which was definitely an extra Mile move that he made, conducted a 40 mins interview over the phone the first portion was basic introduction and he asked me questions regarding my interest in the either the environment or the career or the salary, he also asked me why I'm interested in this position, the interviewer was very friendly and went out of his way to provide tips and tricks to help me pass the next stage which was the actual interview conducted in Smart village, I sat down with the operation Manager Aly and an HR, the manager who was very professional and straight to the point, the HR mainly listed and observed, they also asked me why I left A certain position only after 8 months, they advised me that the hiring process takes a little time stating that the first day of the training will be after 2 months from the interview.
