It was in general a very inspiring experience. The assessment centre day started off with writing task, which was really hard and I felt I didn't have enough time. Then, there were interviews with senior staff, group activity. I really enjoyed the interviews, they were really nice and patient, asking questions to help me think better.

The online assessment stage takes approximately 90 minutes. Verbal Reasoning Test (~15 min, 15 questions) – Evaluate written information and determine if statements are true/false/cannot say Numerical Reasoning Test (~15 min, 8-10 questions) – Interpret financial data, percentages, graphs Inductive/Logical Reasoning Test (~15 min, 8-10 questions) – Identify patterns in shapes/symbols Values Assessment (Situational Judgement Test) (~30 min, 15-25 scenarios) – Rank responses to workplace scenarios aligned with HSBC's core values: Dependable, Open, Connected
