GD consisted of 10 people in a group, out of which 2 were shortlisted for interview process.
Interview : Guessestimates
Question about how operational strategy affects company's overall business strategy, explain with examples.
A few questions on Project management
HR : Give example of a situation where I had a conflict with my manager and how we resolved it.
Questions on strength and weakness
Few other questions on my exchange program experience in France.
Very honest interview process and no compromise of quality.. no biasing.. Very Open culture..They will ask about your current company and what kind of work you are doing there.. then what was the expectation and about your technical expertise.
