Hiring process here is handled by contractors (Hays and Robertson Company). Mostly misleading Job discriptions and once hired you wont see them. Interview was first with the recruiter and then with the hsbc employee. got confirmation in 2 hours after the interview. document signing process took around 5 more days and then the joining was in 20 more days

Colloquio
The interviewers were nice, shared a lot about their experiences in the company. They asked some technical questions to see your thought process on Transaction Monitoring. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Smooth and good, it was more of a discussion rather than asking questions. Didn't go much into details as it is for fresher role. 2 rounds of interiew is conducted and both are technical.
