Both asked a lot behavioral questions, like what's your strength and weakness? how to slove conflicts between colleagues?how do you see yourself in 3-5 years? how to handle demanding RM and customers and you have other task at the same time?How do you deal with deadlinesd. Be sure to go through the job description and do some research about the job.

Applied --> Assessment Phase --> HR Interview --> Hiring Manager Interview. Straight forward, and very open conversation. HR Interview asks some prepped questions, a couple behavioural based. Hiring Manager will depend on who you have, and what they want to know.
