Above is the entire application process. The online tests is much harder and longer compare to other companies. It contains Situational Judgement and offer you two cases to solve numerical calculations.
Video interview was relative easy, it is a real case you have to follow. From transaction problems, reply email, calculations for math, etc. Relatively easy.
AC is not long. You will be doing individual presentation, individual business case, team presentation, and individual 1on1 interview(an hour long!).
Presentations and cases are easy, the 1 on 1 interview is cold. The HR read questions, and take down your answers without following up questions. It really surprises me, because this is the final interview and in such cold environment.
It was great! They have practice zones so you can practice more and get used to the situation you may face during the interview. The time count was tough, and you can only submit once. So it would be better if you get to know yourself more and create story data in advance.

First were the online aptitude tests, Video Interview next followed by Job Simulation then Assessment Centre. Very quick to progress to the next stage but did not hear from them for at least 4 months following the completion of the job simulation.
