Preference for internal staff to occupy vacant positions as a means to provide career growth. Interviews conducted by hiring manager. Recruitment team only provides pool of candidates where basic screening is performed. Once selected, HR team provides range of salary offer based on grade level of the job applied for.

Fairly simple with just normal questions. Some maths questions. They then asked me to explain my back grown and a run through my CV. I got a chance to ask questions at the end.
