The online assessments are about logical and work simulations, each took about 45 mins. Then if passed, there would be a phone screen with HR.
Hirvue - pretty standard
Sperday - 4 rounds of interview each asking behavioral, secenario, and technical questions. Have cases as well

Stage 1 - immersive experience. Tested for numerical skills, SJT and intuitive skills. After this came the Job Simulation Assessment. I found stage 1 to be somewhat technical but I passed it and was invited to stage 2 which I’m now preparing to take in the next seven days.

Interesting mode of interview. There were couple of virtual immersion exercises which test how the candidate responds in potential real-life situations that may occur on a day to day basis.
