Telephone interview. Received this interview after applying online. They only asked one question and just kept asking for more detail on this one question. Lasted 40 mins in total, and was okay.

When was a time you turned an unhappy customer into a happy one?
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
Easy enough , staff nice , star questions , be confident , make eye contact , be enthusiastic show skills , enjoy it , try hard . Ask questions like a typical day
