Had an initial interview over the telephone to what seemed like a call center in China. Fairly easy questions and quite short. Questions were fairly short and typical such as why HSBC, what you did in your previous role etc.

Tell me a time where you delivered excellent customer service.
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle

Easy enough , staff nice , star questions , be confident , make eye contact , be enthusiastic show skills , enjoy it , try hard . Ask questions like a typical day
