They sent you a phone interview invitation via your email and you yourself log in the system to schedule for the interview time. The message isn't directly sent to your email. You have to log in the system to view the message.

Not really any difficult or unexpected question. The problem is they did not make it clear on the JD what their requirements are. They told you what are they looking for during the phone interview. Kind of wasting your time. If you need an accounting background, make it clear at first on the JD
