good process, smooth and efficient, questions were not too difficult and open questions . interviewer was polite, allowed to think of the questions before answering. interview was about 30 mins, q and a at the end

Receive a phone call first and provide some basic information. And the first interview, with 2 interviewers, go thru some scenarios questions, better provide examples. They originally said they not gonna ask for any technical questions as it may be unfair. But at the end, they did ask for the knowledge of the procedures and loan application.
