Very straight forward and team very welcoming and made me feel comfortable, had an assessment which was an online test followed by a 1-1interview with one of the recruiters at the centre.

Colloquio
The interview process is seamless, with fair questions asked. Feedback is shared within two weeks of attending the interview. The questions asked are scenario-based and highly relatable to daily activities. The interview is mostly done online.
The interview process was pretty basic. The manager will ask you a lot of questions centered around customer service and your previous exposure/ experience to similar rules. They will also ask you questions which are situational to understand how you would go about those situations.
