There was a Phone screen, Assessment center including panel interview, group assessment and a 1:1 interview, all quite standard stuff. The phone screen is conducted by HR with the rest conducted at the assessment center day.
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)

Il primo round è stato un colloquio con un HR, un senior analyst e il capo di un team. L'area di interesse era FIG coverage. Primo round motivazionale e conoscitivo, con round successivi più tecnici.
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
