Applied for a job at HSBC company website, sent in my resume through the same website. Received a call from the New York HSBC corporate headquarters in 3 working days. First interview was by the Human Resources Dept. who scheduled me for second interview with branch manager within a week. Went to the branch and had a formal one hour interview regarding my present job as a financial consultant, registered representative of SEC. Was told to see head office in 2 days for a second interview with HR. Hr called in a week and gave me an offer and starting date. Everything went well.

Not professional, they have hard time get any employees due to the reputation, and pay structure. Manager doesn’t know how to manage people. They tried to hire two relationships managers for almost one year, but they can’t get anyone

I was approached by recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a short phone interview and then completed an online assessment. I am waiting to complete the second online assessment. This second assessment is a video interview.
