I was informed to attend the interview by a HR through the phone. I was told in the morning that the interview will be held in two weeks, but the next day I was asked to the interview. So it was impossible for me to prepare anything. During the interview, the manager asked many things about my school life, the non-curriculum activities.

The interview process was super laid back. Interviewed by 3 people total (2 assistant vice presidents, one head of department). Interview was conducted in English although some Thai was used. Interview was almost strictly behavorial, barely any technicals.
They are just inviting for interviews and asking non ethical questions that, Why are you applying for this position if you have different background of education? Then I got surprised that, why they are inviting for interviews if they don't like my education background
