It is always done in a rush, lack of full commitment to hiring process, filtering / identifying process aren't thorough. Onboarding, system access, direction setting, structured technical training are usually delayed.

Whole process was straight forward.. and eveything was going smooth and it was fine and easy
They gave some time to prepare a interview
Interview was fine fine fine fine
Very lengthy seems person was not interested and was in a hurry . Rounds are too many they don't acknowledge the disucssion. Connectivity issue at other end . Schedule shared late too busy

Short and tough. Basically a board of two or three person would take it. You will be asked questions that should be answered with example if you have any. You need to exert confidence at all cost. And try prepare for to details of the job role before interview.
