The recruiter was very sneaky. They offered me a high position. Ghosted me. Then replied with a different offer without telling me about it. They probably think I wouldn't notice.
They set me up for an interview. On the day of the interview, the recruiter was absent. I emailed them the recruiter and received a response 2 days later saying she was on emergency leave. But this time her email's subject changed to Contact Centre. It used to be GCB8. They asked for me for my availability then. I didn't attend the interview. I think it was unethical for them to do that.
The interview was a Face to face interview, short apt test is required after application submission. When interview was asked about behavioral questions and previous working experiences related to the role.
It was a smooth process. There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was completely technical where I was asked questions about my experience, projects and given a couple of technical questions. The second round was more techno-managerial where I was given some scenarios to understand my approach.
