One day after I applied for the role, I was contacted by the talent partner saying that they were excited to move forward with the interview process after reviewing my application and a telephone interview was scheduled. The talent partner did not call at the scheduled time and could not be contacted the whole day. At the end of the day, he sent an email saying that he was unable to call earlier the day due to some emergency personal matter he had to attend. He then rescheduled an interview with me with confirmation email. Yet, another recruitment business partner suddenly sent me another email on out of the blue saying that my application was successful. The recruitment process is totally chaotic. After clarification, the interview was finally carried out.
