Interview process very structured and detailed. Requires you to test your knowledge of the job as well as the company and puts you in real life situations in order for you to be assessed in a particular working situation. Looked after well throughout the process must go through a series of phone interviews testing and face to face interviews.
It was great! They have practice zones so you can practice more and get used to the situation you may face during the interview. The time count was tough, and you can only submit once. So it would be better if you get to know yourself more and create story data in advance.

First were the online aptitude tests, Video Interview next followed by Job Simulation then Assessment Centre. Very quick to progress to the next stage but did not hear from them for at least 4 months following the completion of the job simulation.
