After application, first round is HR phone interview which is more on behavioral questions and going through my CV, second round is interview with reporting manager, more like a casual chat, then offer received soon after

1. after initial CV screening, there were 2 aptitude tests, including verbal explanation and numerical reasoning.
2. Phone interview with HR. (quite nice by the way)
