They never mentioned that it had to be done before the in person interview, the link they sent only arrived the morning of the interview. My personal mobile device is very old, it struggled to run the questionnaire and they had no alternatives to offer. If they want you to complete things before the interview they need to state it explicitly and send the link in advance, not the day of. Attitude of the manager was extremely dismissive towards me, rude and passive aggressive because I could not do what was asked of me.
