Difficult and lengthy, almost more than 3 months. Lot of documents which had to be scanned and shared. The Hr communication was useless as well. The HR POC was very new and had no clue what they were doing.

The interview process consisted of three stages: HR interview, Initial interview, and Final interview. The Initial interview primarily served as a technical assessment to evaluate your suitability for the role. Additionally, situational questions were included to assess your personality and work habits. Overall, the process is manageable with adequate preparation. Although I did not receive an offer for the initial role, I was redirected to another position instead.
