2 face to face interviews lasting roughly 15 minutes each. Was really more of a company presentation by the recruiter than an interview. The second interview was postponed due to the nature of the industry, but in most cases only one interview is required. Pre-employment drug / alcohol and audiometric testing is required after the interview process.

Because Alberta is filled with small cities, trainings and interviews for this company was relaxed and very comfortable.
