Applied via recruiting agency's post. There was one screening with recruiter then 2 rounds of interview with the employer. 2nd round included a task which was quite heavy and required a lot of time preparing a lengthy presentation. After completing all interviews they said they were still about to make more 1st round interviews and would try to come back to me in a week. Ever since then I was ghosted, by the recruiter as well. No response whatsoever. Now I see the role has been filled already.
