I applied online, then about 3 weeks later had a phone screen with internal recruiter, then a virtual call with team, and in-person lunch meeting with key executives. Communication was good - slower process than I would have expected.

It was what job interviews should be; straightforward and efficient. They were respectful of my time. The interview was not long and drawn-out abstract questions and hypotheticals. They were upfront with their expectations, and they were quick to respond afterward. Their interview process was very telling of how it is to work for them. I was offered a position and accepted soon after. I'm happy to have made the right choice.
