Handed in my CV, got a phone call that afternoon from the manager who asked me in for an interview the next day. Three days later I heard back. Around 40 minutes long, asked standard questions and then had a chat about what the role involved. I got the job, haven't decided if I will accept it yet. Very interested in how you come across as a person, personality etc.
Great interview, very straightforward process. Applied through the website and was called for an interview instore with the hiring manager and received an offer within a week. Interview consisted of general customer service focused questions and roleplaying.

normal questions only, the manager was nice
in total was like 30 mins
it is better to prepare some questions

very lovely environment and was open to answering questions. the interviewer was also really lovely and explained everything great. the shop floor was really busy but they were still accommodating. overall a lovely experience.
