snotty disinterested manager. didn't look at me when I answered questions. I knew straight away I would like to work under them. I was shocked when I got an offer because they was just so rude! was just a normal interview but was basically saying how high their expectations are and how they have to exceed customers expectations however all of his staff were snotty and only one approached me and asked if I needed help when I was wondering around waiting for the manager to come and get me.

The conversation was friendly and professional, with questions about my motivation, previous experience, and typical sales situations. The atmosphere was open and respectful, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, it was a transparent and fair experience.

I was sent an email with an invite for a one sided video interview. It asked a few questions about past experiences in retail and customer facing roles. I was led to believe that Hugo Boss was prompt with their interview process but I only received a response (rejection) almost three months after the interview which I found to be very unprofessional. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.
