As I only did the first interview I can’t throughly describe the process. The first interview is a one-sided video interview, done through HireVue (they state that the hiring managers will be viewing the interviews & it’s not an automated system), anyways this consist of 3 video questions, 2 written response, 2 multiple choice & 3 multiple Selection. Beyond the 3 video questions, the rest of the questions ask for availability, if pervious employer notice requires notice, if your going on holiday in the next 12 months & other personal generic questions. The interview was not difficult, but interviews should be a two way process. The one-sidedness and the lack of proper communication, I can say i’m glad I did not go forward.
