first contact by phone few days after application the teams call. feedback few days after, quick process. they want people with more seniority... anyway kind HR people and smooth process

Not hard, but lack of some inspiration. Those guys from from Beijing, the headquarter. Cannot see the growth. The salary is good. Anyway, a mid company.
The interview is smooth, several rounds, follow the normal structure.

It was okay, two interviewers, direct manager and one HR, however the HR was not the one I supposed to met, Questions were not hard. However the HR didn't booked enough time for my interview and at the end we have to end it abruptly.
