The application is easy to do. After that I've been contacted by the HR for a telefonic interview that was extremely positive. I met after the store manager after few days that propose me to do a training before starting. I felt the process of recruitment fluid and simple.

The conversation was friendly and professional, with questions about my motivation, previous experience, and typical sales situations. I was sent an email with an invite for a one sided video interview. It asked a few questions about past experiences in retail and customer facing roles. I was led to believe that Hugo Boss was prompt with their interview process but I only received a response (rejection) almost three months after the interview which I found to be very unprofessional. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.
