The whole hiring process was very quick. Had a very nice conversation with HR and the manager. They were both very friendly and seemed to be very excited about their current jobs at HB. Overall, it was a very nice experience

First I completed an online Form. Shortly after that I got invited to do an online video interview consisting of recording my answers to various questions. Finally I had a Teams Interview with the core team I am going to work with. After that I got a call back to talk about the contract.

Ich hatte ein einseitiges Interview auf Englisch. Die Plattform war verwirrend und unangenehm zu benutzen. Ich hatte drei Fragen, die alle ziemlich allgemein waren. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung in Ordnung. In einem einseitigen Interview ist es einfacher, ruhig zu bleiben, weil man einfach mit seinem Handy spricht. Allerdings habe ich danach kein Feedback erhalten.
