There was abour 16 of us during the initial interview process. We were given some tests to complete which included maths test, attention to detail test, and an english test. To pass you had to get at least 50 marks. Following the tests, you were split into groups for a group excersize. After passing everything, you were invited to a 1 to 1 interview with one of the partners.
