Vetting done by staffing agency and HR department. One on one with assembly lead, walking tour of facility, casual. Questions about job history, relevant to assembling position, Blueprint familiarity, mechanical aptitude. 2 shifts offered day and swing. Normal breaks 1/2 hour lunch etc. No mention of pay, (done by HR later)
