It was a virtual interview. The interview was short and sweet.. I was not able to tour the unit. Spanish speaking is a plus+. A small community hospital overlooking the Hudson river.

Short and quick process. Great panel, great questions, great conversation. Basic behavioral questions and deep drive into my experience. Had time to ask questions to better know the team and the hospital.

Took forever to get an interview and even longer than that to get feedback on the interview. I'm ok with not being hired , but a candidate should be told that weren't selected, especially when it is impossible to reach HR recruiters
