I recently had a highly positive interview experience with Hadrian. From the outset, the communication was clear and friendly, with all the interviewers involved who really managed to sell the dream providing a detailed interview schedule and helpful preparation materials. On the interview day, I was warmly welcomed, and the interviewers were punctual, well-prepared, and introduced themselves while outlining the interview format. The interview felt like engaging there was a lot of transparency about the role and company culture, and concluded with clear next steps and a timeline for feedback. The follow-up was prompt, and I received constructive feedback regardless of the outcome. Overall, I felt valued, respected, and well-informed, making this one of the best interview experiences I've had.

The interview process included several stages and took about a month. The initial HR representative was friendly but had to pass me on to another due to holidays. Next was a take-home exercise that was straightforward and not time-consuming. During the technical interview, I was asked a few technical questions but was mainly asked about my CV, which had already been covered in the first interview. Despite being told there might be another round, I was informed after careful consideration that I wasn't a good fit. When I requested feedback, which I believe is standard after a month and multiple rounds, I received no response.
