Had a typical phone interview with HR, and then proceeded to interview onsite with the VP of my department and a manager. This interview was technical and was basically your typical knowledge screening. Finally I had an informal interview with the manager I'd be working for if I got the job. Everything was relatively laid back.

Knowledge and experience on programming languages, data structures and algorithms, web and desktop applications, source control, and basic HR stuff.
Initial interview with external recruiter. Brief conversation with internal team. Then given a super difficult timed take home test. I ran out of time before I could finish the assessment.
