Interview process includes university recruiting interview, phone interview with hiring manager then on site interview (3 rounds of interview and a tour). It was a great experience. Everyone interviewed me was professional and nice.

In my Hain Celestial interview I had several Phone screens and my final interview was an hour long phone interview with 4 managers. It was divided in two halves each thirty minutes. The first was personality the second was skills based. I mostly went through my resume and talked about my experiences

The interview process was very easy and it was not long so that is a big plus. I liked how structured and organized the interview was, and I also liked how I was interviewed by multiple departments.
