A HR call followed by a online interview. Behavioural questions like "Tell me more about yourself" or "share one challenge u overcame" is asked. I was informed that the interview outcome will be out at the end of the week, but there were no news ever since.

Recruiter called to confirm interview details, followed by 1 round of interview with the hiring manager and an offer about 2 weeks later. Fast and efficient process overall but it took them a while to arrange the interview at the start which lead me to think they were not interested.

It was average, but job description was a bit misleading and role had to be clarified in the interview which made me realize it wasn't a good fit for me

I was asked how I approach complex problems, handle unexpected issues under time pressure, and communicate in a small, fast-paced engineering team. They were particularly interested in my ability to stay calm and methodical when debugging or optimizing under constraints.
