HR reached out 4 days after submitting the application to schedule an in person interview at their Dallas office. A day before the interview, HR calls again to re-schedule, it was weird that it was the same date as before and the new time was 30 min later than 1st one. I accepted the invite and went to the office only to find that HR made a mistake and the hiring managers were not there. They rescheduled for 2 days later which was confirmed to be blocked in the hiring manager's calendar. The morning of, HR calls again to let me know that they need to re-schedule again since the hiring manager had a family emergency and someone else with HR will call back to re-schedule. After that nothing happened. I called HR to check what happened and a lot of excuses came, no further action was taken, only excuses and apologies assuring me that they are usually not like this.This was a utter lack of respect to my time since I had to move my schedule around a bit to accommodate them to the point of requesting PTO to attend their failed appointments. Huge disappointment, huge waste of time, no respect for candidates. If that is done while recruiting I can't imagine how they treat their employees.
