Open ended interview. There was no structure. That hasn't changed. They like to keep it a non-structured interview. Some have working interviews and some don't. Usually it's a good sign if they have you come in for a working interview. Sometimes you will meet the boss if he is in the office. If you do meet him, it can get intimidating as it is impossible to know what is going on in his head.
